This week, Chris will be teaching all day at Lake Middle school as part of a special RE day. He’ll be addressing the whole school for a 30minute presentation, and then teaching classes throughout the day. Please pray for him as he undertakes this amazing opportunity. Please also pray for Chris and Faye, as they continue a regular series of Bible Explorer lessons (also at Lake Middle) every Friday.
We currently go into Christ the King College (upper site) every Thursday to run a lunch-time group, and are exploring opportunities to do more regular work in the school. There is a possibility that we might be able to run a lunch-time Rock Solid club in the school (lower site) soon, so please do pray as we meet with staff to discuss this idea.
Please also pray for relationships we have with other schools…especially as the school system changes this September. Please pray that we’d have real discernment and wisdom as we work out how to use our time in schools most fruitfully.
